No HSA/FSA card on hand? You can still pay with Flex using your credit or debit card — Flex emails you a letter of medical necessity plus an itemized receipt so you can get reimbursed.

What is Flex, and how is it connected to Shakti?
We teamed up with Flex so you can pay using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). In practice, that means your HSA or FSA debit card covers eligible Shakti tools with pre-tax dollars.

How do I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
Fill your cart the way you normally would. At checkout, pick “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as the payment option, type in your HSA or FSA debit card, and finish the order as usual. Not seeing that option? You are probably inside Shop Pay — choose “checkout as guest” to unlock the full list of payment methods.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?
Make sure you are signed out of Shop Pay — that is what hides the option. The quickest workaround is to run the checkout in an incognito window.

Why is my HSA/FSA card being declined?
HSA/FSA cards work like debit cards, so declines almost always come down to not enough funds. Check your balance with your HSA/FSA administrator.

What if I don't have my HSA/FSA card available?
No card on hand? Still choose “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” at checkout. Pay with a regular credit card and Flex will send you an itemized receipt by email to submit for reimbursement.
