Flush tension from tender legs
A complete solution for sore legs
Your legs are covered in points that let go of tension once they’re stimulated. Acupress Leg Wraps let you work all of them at the same time. Ideal after a day at the desk, or hours spent doing what you love.
2-step closure for 360° coverage
Wrap your legs with pinpoint accuracy. Turn the pressure up and flush tenderness away in minutes, or ease it off for a gentler, therapeutic touch.
Materials that make a world of difference
Expect the signature spikes we’re known for, paired with soft fabrics and silent fastenings. Designed, tested and handmade in India by the experts in acupressure.

What you need to know
Benefits
• Improve circulation
• Bounce back faster
• Hold on to less tension
How to use
The Acupress Leg Wraps can be used in two ways: flushing tension quickly, or letting it go under lighter pressure. Step three is what sets them apart.
1. Before you sit down, spread the Wrap out on your sofa or bed so coverage is even across the back of your calf or thigh. Keep the compression strap on the right-hand side.
2. Sit down on it with your leg stretched out in front of you and fasten each self-fastening closure in order, from 1 to 3. It should feel snug with every spike touching your skin, though you shouldn't feel much pressure yet.
3. Once you're settled, take the compression strap up, over, and around your thigh to dial the pressure in.
Stay with the sensation for 20-40 minutes. Breathing slowly will help your body ease into it.
Pro tips
• Settle into a comfortable seat before you begin
• Avoid walking around once they're fastened
• Wiggling your foot changes the pressure in your calf.
What to expect
Even if lying on a Shakti Mat is familiar to you, adding compression to acupressure raises the intensity of every spike exponentially. Think of it less as a warning and more as an invitation — relax when you want to, flush tension when you need to.
More pressure means more intensity. Less pressure is more relaxing. Whether you turn the pressure up or keep it gentle, 20-40 minutes with the sensation is ideal.
You may notice the discomfort lingers longer than it would lying on a Shakti Mat. That's normal — especially with more compression. Loosen the compression strap if the sensation gets to be too much.
What level are the spikes
Acupress Leg Wraps come with Level 1 spikes. The reason? Wrapping spikes isn't the same as lying on them. Instead of depending on gravity alone, you set the intensity yourself with compression. Ideal whether you'd like to push the intensity of each spike higher — or back off for a more therapeutic touch.
Acupressure vs acupuncture
Acupuncture pierces the skin with needles, while acupressure presses spikes against it. What makes the Acupress Leg Wraps different is that you can activate multiple acupoints in as many seconds as it takes to wrap them, and tighten them to whatever level of pressure suits you.

Acupress Leg Wraps
My calf muscles used to end up extremely tight and sore after a decent run or a hard hill walk, and cramp was a regular problem for me.
Using the wraps for 20 minutes 3 times a week, the pain has subsided and the cramp stopped instantly.
These Leg Wraps are a Godsend!
I honestly can't rate them highly enough.
My calves and I thank you so much!

My afternoon routine when I start to get tired.
Every afternoon, as soon as I begin to feel a bit tired, I strap on the Acupressure Leg Wraps, Double Leg set and then lie down on the Premium Acupressure Mat – Level 4. I stay there for around 30 minutes to an hour, until I feel ready to get up. I feel very rejuvenated afterwards and go straight back to getting things done.

Amazing for tired legs
I'm a teacher, and after hours on my feet, strapping these on is pure bliss. The targeted pressure feels fantastic and leaves my legs completely refreshed and restored. A wonderful addition to my self-care routine.

Hits the spot nicely
Since an ankle reconstruction 3 years ago, I regularly get tension in my leg muscles. I've used a few Shakti products over the years, so this year the Acupress Leg Wraps came as an early birthday present to help ease some of that tension. The wraps are easy to put on and to adjust to the pressure I prefer, and on the days I use them the tension I carry in my legs is noticeably reduced.

Post-pickleball recovery
I play high intensity pickleball 3-4 days a week and my legs get quite sore afterwards. The leg wraps have proven really great at relieving the pain and speeding up recovery. I love them.
