Mats & Pillows

Resting on Shakti spikes stimulates hundreds of acupoints, encouraging circulation, easing built-up tension, and restoring the natural energy that flows through you.

The first moments feel intense, but within a few minutes the tingling softens into a gentle warmth that carries you into a meditative calm. We call it Shakti bliss.

Direct skin-to-spike contact lets the spikes do their best work, and staying with your breath helps you settle into relaxation sooner.

The Shakti Mat

Lying down is the way most people enjoy the Shakti Mat. Keep your neck, shoulders, and back against the spikes. The backs of your legs work well too, and your feet if you are feeling brave.

  • Pick a spot where you can lie down undisturbed. The floor works beautifully; a bed adds softness that keeps you in full contact.
  • Lower yourself slowly so your weight spreads evenly. Then breathe in deeply, breathe out, and let the spikes do the rest.
  • 20 minutes is roughly how long it takes to reach Shakti bliss, though you can begin gently or stay longer if you like.
  • Set a timer if the day is waiting for you, or drift off to calming audio in the free Shakti Shala app.

The Shakti Pillow

Think of the Pillow as your Shakti Mat's companion piece. Most people simply lie back on it.

  • The classic Shakti Pillow sits beautifully under a sore neck and shoulders, and its curve suits tight arches just as well.
  • The Premium Pillow's shape and mouldable filling work just as well in those spots, but go much further across the body. Slide it behind an aching lower back, rest it beneath tired legs, or tuck it into any tense curve.
  • Propping either Pillow against a regular bed pillow helps you find the perfect angle while you unwind or read.
  • Tension usually melts away in about 10 minutes, though everyone differs. More tightness simply means more time to release, which makes the payoff all the sweeter.

Wonderball

The Wonderball is our acupressure tool for whenever you need it: ideal for a quick reset. All it takes is choosing a tight spot and starting to roll.

Roll it between your palms, along your arms, into your side body, even across your face, and feel the tension let go within a minute.

The cork stand it arrives with works beautifully for easing tension under your arms and wrists as well.

Bring it to the office and leave it on your desk as a nudge to unwind now and then. Or keep it at home to get a little more out of your downtime.

Acupress Back & Belly Band

Lying down isn't always an option when your back and belly have had enough. That is exactly why we built a targeted acupressure tool that travels with you.

Put the Acupress Back & Belly Band to work by deciding where you want the relief. Fix the spikes in the middle of the band to open up your lower back, or shift them to the inner strap to soothe your belly.

Here comes the good part. Close the inner straps so the band sits comfortably around your waist, then pull the outer straps to dial in how firmly the spikes press.

Each strap tightens on its own, so you can fine-tune the fit to suit how you feel.

Take the acupressure pad out altogether and the band still gives you gentle support, spike-free.

ACUPRESS LEG WRAPS

Wrapping several thousand spikes around aching legs hardly sounds relaxing. Every so often, it is precisely what they are asking for.

  • Put the Acupress Leg Wraps on by closing the inner straps in numbered sequence. Stay seated while you fit them and while you wear them. Change the order if a different sequence gives you a closer, more contoured fit.
  • Want something gentler, or just starting out? You can simply sit with the sensation for 20-40 minutes at this stage.
  • For a stronger effect, add the compression strap to spread even pressure around your legs.

Acupress Headband

Where the Mat and Pillow reward firm contact, the Headband prefers gentle pressure. There is no need to cinch it tight for the acupoints around your head to switch on.

  • Just wrap the Headband loosely the moment you feel tension building. It is long enough to reach every key acupoint, your temples above all.
  • Keep it on for 15-50 minutes at a time while you unwind, whatever unwinding means to you. In bed, on the sofa, or stretched out on a Shakti Mat.
  • Relaxing is not its only job. Park it at your home-office desk and it can help you focus and think deeply, too.

Torus Ring Set

Choose a Ring and slip it onto a finger.

Roll it along the full length of that finger 20 times to wake up every acupoint, then do the same on the next one.

That really is all there is to it.

With 3 levels to choose from you can dial the intensity up or down whenever you like, so experiment and find the one that suits you.

Feeling adventurous? Give the Torus Rings a go on your toes.

To-Go Acupressure Mat

The To-Go Mat is made for the days you are far from home and your back has been complaining even longer. Lying on it feels just like lying on your Shakti Mat. Since there is no foam, though, whatever you put it on makes all the difference.

Spread it over a hotel bed or a sun lounger for the familiar feel, or drop it on something firmer to raise the intensity.

After unrolling, fold the pouch back into itself so the Shakti logo shows and you get a pocket, which you can stuff with a shirt for an improvised pillow or headrest.

When you have finished, roll it from the bottom with the spikes turned inward and hold it closed with the elastic loops.
